The complicated site of this project, is situated over both the divided eight-lane Speer boulevard and Cherry Creek as they cross each other and historic Larimer St. near the edges of Denver's LoDo, and Arts districts and the edge of the Auraria campus.  The solution attempts to knit together the varying urban, social, environmental and ecological aspects of the site creating a building that functions as a bridge rather than as a barrier.
