"Immersed into the heart of Uptown Charlotte North Carolina, “Eco-Work” is a project that creatively merges environmentally conscious building design technology with an interconnected 15 story Coworking Office hub.

Centered around community and collaboration, entrepreneurs both small startups and large established organizations alike take advantage of the broad resource and benefits that come with operating out of a workplace shared amongst a diversity of industry talents.  The innovative design solution for Eco-Work provides immediate connection with the city via onsite light rail station and by foot and bicycle via public streets and walkways.

The objective of this project is an attempt to not only provide fun and enjoyable office work spaces but to also create an attractive pedestrian friendly urban environment that interconnects site with city. Occupant users are provided with a strategic mixed-use of building programs throughout the building thus accommodating the lifestyles for all working age groups both young professionals and working parents. Balancing Live, Work, Play & Sustainability is at the core of what Eco-Work sets to redefine and achieve."
