The hotel-restaurant program was developed in 2 of the 3 existing buildings. The third building on the right, with metal roof and machinery warehouse dimensions, was replaced. Between the three buildings the accesses were configured, one at each end of the central main building.

El programa del hotel-restaurante se desarrollo en 2 de los 3 edificios existentes. El tercer edificio ubicado a la derecha, con cubierta metálica y dimensiones de almacén de maquinaria fue sustituido. Entre los tres edificios se configuraron los accesos, uno a cada extremo del edificio principal central.

To all the rehabilitation was given unity with the stone and the wood, and to improve its operation, in an area of abundant rain, were generated individual porches and an interior communication between spaces.

A toda la rehabilitación se le dió unidad con la piedra y la madera, y para mejorar su funcionamiento, en una zona de lluvia abundante, se generaron sendos porches y una comunicación interior entre espacios.

The hotel program has 10 rooms, 2 of them adapted and a restaurant with capacity for 120 people

El programa del hotel cuenta con 10 habitaciones, 2 de ellas adaptadas para personas con discapacidad y un restaurante con capacidad para 120 personas
