A beacon of contemporary living and hospitality, the new Hilton Riyadh brings 5-star comfort and amenities to the quickly growing capital city. Omrania | Goettsch Partners designed the complex in a joint venture.

The project consists of two pinwheel-shaped towers — a 20-story luxury hotel with 645 rooms and a 14-story residential building of 221 furnished apartments — connected by a three-level podium building with a signature roof terrace. Conveniently accessible to the King Khalid International Airport and the business districts along King Fahd Road, it is sited on 3.75 hectares along the Eastern Ring Road, adjacent to a future Riyadh Metro station as well as a shopping center and the Granada Business Park (also called the GOSI Office Park), designed by Omrania. Two levels of parking are hidden below grade.

The two towers are subtly distinguished by their forms and surface geometries as well as their differing heights. Folding surfaces and curving planes define the hotel tower’s dynamic building envelope. The residential tower is more understated, defined by smooth planes. Together, the two towers enliven the skyline as their profiles change when seen from different angles. Their sculpted massing reflects internal program requirements and the urban context, while balancing the need for privacy and views. The semi-reflective glass curtain wall systems allow generous natural light penetration when desired—notably at dawn and dusk—and provide sweeping views of the growing metropolis.  

The landscape concept includes permeable “softscape” across the entire development, with the roof garden plaza serving as a focal point visible from the rooms above. Hotel interiors reflect a refined, distinctly contemporary identity with references to local culture and craftsmanship.
