This project unfolds on multiple scales, from a grand urban masterplan transformation to meticulously designed intimate human scale. At the neighborhood level, it weaves self-sustaining blocks, blending low-rise residences with vibrant public spaces, while each urban plaza exudes a unique character. On a more intimate scale, a selected block evolves into a dynamic tapestry of diverse housing styles and social-urban elements, nurturing rich interactions within its welcoming embrace.
