Multigenerational Housing Complex

This project presents a mid-rise multi-generational housing complex, where the ground-floor jazz theater serves as a vibrant tribute to the neighborhood's rich heritage. The innovative design not only fosters micro-level community bonds through shared green spaces among diverse resident groups but also offers a macro-level cultural gem to unite the entire neighborhood, all while embracing the artistic integration of galvanized steel screening for abundant natural light and ventilation.
