Duties and Tasks
: Architectural co-design lead from concept to technical design through construction monitoring to completion. Lead coordination with consultants including façade, structure, M&E, fire system and landscape.

Project Description

: Located at BSD city in southeast Jakarta, Unilever Headquarters is a singular five storey office building that provides the highest level of amenity within a modern work environment bathed in natural light and surrounded by greenery. Also, space is designed to meet local user needs and the building is designed as eco-friendly building considering local climates of Jakarta. We thoughtfully understood and met client’s needs, also resolved all the constraints imposed by cost and local regulations.
