Duties and Tasks
: Co-design lead on Overall podium and towers concept design for residential development competition in the CBD area.

Project Description
: The urban site is located in the historic Tanjong Pagar area on the fringe of Singapore’s downtown
core and two residential towers with supporting podium facilities is assigned. So we carefully designed two prominent towers interfaced to a podium with permeability to encourage human activities at street level, invigorate and inject character to the city emphasized the importance of addressing context and demonstrates an understanding of the area.
