Site has the potential to become a host to a series of lush outdoor green spaces where cars cant travel, only human movements are allowed. this space could
have a synergy with out mixed use building that could rival any great public only plaza/ village type spaces. trees that continue to grow every year provide shade
to people below who could be inhabiting the space for any number of reasons. green grass would provide spaces for people to enjoy seating in while watching their families or enjoying an afternoon snack at one of the many restaurants located nearby. The idea of this design is to encourage people to move into the space and to experience a new life of sustainability and regenerative design.
