The architectural concept of the building is the idea of a static central core with a grid of columns and a facade revolving around them. A unique visual effect achieved by turning each subsequent floor relative to the previous one by 5 degrees. The shape of the business center is distinguished by its unusual twisted form, reminiscent of a DNA molecule.   

ECOLOGICAL FUNCTION

 Many do not understand that buildings have a much more negative impact on climate than cars or plants. In fact, the building in the whole world consumes up to 40% of all energy. A super-efficient building will use 60% less energy than a conventional building of the same size. 

The key high-performance elements: • is a double glass facade. The building will have a surface capable of breathing. This coating will be used to regulate the temperature by controlling the penetration of thermal radiation into buildings. The double facade consists of two layers of glass, with an empty space between them. • Traditionally, buildings use an air conditioning system. In this building, temperature control is due to the running of cold water through metal hanging panels. The whole ceiling system of the building turns into a cold radiator. • The problem of polluted air? Usually, the ventilation system circulates the same air in the building several times. In my project, air will be used only once, which makes the building much healthier. The fresh air of buildings circulates through the mines in the floor. • It is also a rational solution, the use of solar energy. Photovoltaic panels will cover the rounded edges of the building and the roof of the viewing platform.
