Tangram House South is a 12-story luxury condominium tower with 192 units, part of the 1.6 million square foot Tangram mixed-use development in Flushing, New York.

MHA master planned and designed the 240,000 square foot residential project as Phase 2 of a larger mixed-use complex. The project includes a landscaped rooftop garden, expanded fitness center and access to entertainment, retail and a food court in the project’s retail podium.
