One Fulton Square is a 12-story residential/commercial condominium tower that is part of a mixed-use complex located in Queens, New York.  MHA developed the master plan and phased design of the 330,000 square foot project.

The Phase 2 South Tower includes 43 residential condo units ranging in size from studio to three bedrooms that are arranged in a compact floor plan with rooftop terraces and hotel style amenities.  The residential tower is situated on a podium with professional offices and street level retail in a live-work setting.  The penthouse units were completed as fully furnished with interiors/furnishings also designed by MHA and setting a record for a condo sale price in Queens.
