A proposal for a mixed use development along 2 kilometres of the coast of the city Larnaca in Cyprus, where program was defined and an initial zoning was proposed based on the city conditions and needs.
The following step was the design of the main programmatic attractions and concepts which were to make an iconic, fluid gateway in and out of the city through our project. All while giving the city a new identity in the process.
