An affordable housing 56-unit project in south la developed by RXla using toc incentives, the client had specific requirements for how this project needed to be designed to help serve its occupants and provide the needed help that can help reduce the homeless population of Los Angeles.
I was involved in this project from early SD phase all the way through permitting and almost done with construction now.
