The Whitehouse@Hillsborough
You will be amazed at the grandeur this Whitehouse at Hillsborough Village in Alabang. Along the Buckingham Road, it is seen glittering from among the row of highly-completed residential area.
Named as the “whitehouse” in Hillsborough, it is all immaculately WHITE really for the purpose of defining the building envelop from the loose provisions. It has a half winding stair sitting in an elephant white marble curtail step and done with black iron works supporting narra wooden railing religiously crafted by RCLA MARU vintage carpenters.
The company had maximized all efforts to source narra from the Province of Quezon to provide reliable and genuine material for the Railing and steps of the stairs and the floors.
Open Plan had given value and attention to the half winding stair and wide full floor to ceiling “door-window” truly the character of RCLA MARU in designing fenestrations. A Lanai keeps peace and meditation comfortable at the rear of the house made greener by hanging plants.
The second floor has THREE BIG BEDROOMS boasting its “he” and “she” Walk-in closet and Comfort Rooms at the Master’s Bedroom. Top-of-the-line bath tubs were provided to match with the pleasurable looking bathroom accessories.
The over-all massing of the House is made magnificent due to the effect of the louvers at the ATTIC. This air conditioned spacious attic space if being use as GYM and personal area for the head of the family.
A piano from a corner of the elegantly planned Living Room tuned the residence in to the harmony and tranquility each individual Home Owner deserves.
