The INTERIOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION of Amy’s Place at Serendra East Tower One is  very unique in many aspects. For one, it was conceived and implemented  thru ONLINE communication with the Owner’s being the US during the Design and Construction of the Project. Second is the Challenge of accommodating at least many guests in a 64Sq.M. Condominium Unit.

The Planning was made FLEXIBLE, using the Folding-Sliding and Pull-out Beds, sofa at daytime and bed at night time. Moreover, a Standing Clothes closet Convertible into a Bed makes the user amazed on how hardwares can make one furniture function into more than what it is made of.

The Kitchen Counter boasts of the Strozzi Glassique in Translucent Torquise Blue   bringing freshness to the interior. A play of lighting not just in the ceiling but on the walls  makes the Home  a place for a cozy relating moment.

The Bathrooms were dressed up with Phenolic Boards making it sleek and sassy while preventing water damage to the walls. Utility Area provided with  laminated shelving makes washing and ironing a lighter portion of the day.

Careful and hands-on planning was done by RCLA MARU ARCHITECTS CO. which did not only ended in constructing the interior but up the purchasing of appliances and equipment  and following thru until the Condominium Unit became a HOME of WARMETH and COMFORT.

TRULY, good work produces good thrust. After the Serendra One project, RCLA MARU  did another Condominium Unit at the TRION also located in Bonifacio Global City and the AVIDA, Pasong Tamo, Makati.
