Final project to get the Degree in Architecture, which consists on reusing part of an old soap factory to transform it into a university hall residence, with 344 beds, gaming, dinner, and laundry zones, terrace, gym and administration.

A major research was leaded to propose a hybrid structure, composed of glulam columns, steel beams, and CLT walls and floors, the
first of its kind in Mexico.
