Hi! I am a registered Architect from Mexico, graduated with honors from the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico (2016), truly passionate about Computational Design and emergent technologies in architecture.
I studied English in Vancouver, Canada, currently, I hold an IELTS general score band of 7.5. I speak Spanish as my mother tongue, English (advanced), French (intermediate), and basic German.
Soft skills: critical thinking, responsible, organized, proactive, creative, self-taught and enthusiastic to keep learning.
Roth-Architecture (Azvlik), Tulum, MX, Computational Design Specialist
provide technical support and training directly to design team members, and
report to the office CD lead as part of the Design Technology department, providing
feedback on design team requirements and experience.
Core responsibilities include advising and training teams on how to implement
computational approaches, looking for opportunities for innovation, and assembling
and documenting bespoke workflows for projects, working alongside the office
BIM and technology staff to deliver coordinated solutions, and contributing to the
overall Design Technology agenda, including research and exploration into new
technologies and innovations in the industry.
rEvolution, Mexico, MX, Head of Research and Development of Computational Methods
Testing and implementation of emerging digital technologies involved in the field of
computational design, simulation and environmental analysis and its relation to BIM methodology; in order to generate methods and workflows not only more efficient, but also proposing highly creative concepts, thus helping to make better informed decisions during different stages of projects.
The results of my work are reflected by having been part of the winning team of the
international IDA 2020 Gold award, in the Architecture-Disaster category, rapid
deployment housing. The winning project was the “Temporary Pavilion for Health
Personnel”, which was widely published nationally and internationally.
Braverman Arquitectos, Mexico, MX, BIM Architect / Interior Designer
The relevance of my work consisted mainly on interior and furniture design,
establishing and automating workflows for the development of such projects,
attending to all their needs, from designing furniture following guidelines in the BIM
platform, to coordinating the engineering and construction of the same, reducing
production times, planning and quantification time of projects.
Having published two projects of residential and office typology, being part of the
winning team of the MUSE Design Awards 2019, in the Interior Design category,
Office Spaces, having fully designed the furniture of the auditorium of such project.
Revolution Holding Companies, Mexico, MX, Jr. Architect
I applied and developed knowledge into the Building Information Modeling (BIM),
parametric design and the application of sustainability techniques in buildings,
participating in projects of different typologies and scales, most of them located
in Mexico City. Being later appointed as project leader jr. thanks to having been a
fundamental participant in the design of the master plan for a 30-hectare eco-tourism project, having won a private competition, such project added to the company’s portfolio just over 15 million USD. and gaining international recognition.
DMF CONSULTANTS AND ADVISORS FOR APMEYF, Mexico, MX, AUDITOR OF INFRASTRUCTURE
Auditing the planning and construction of more than 200 cycle paths, bridges and
roads built by the local government, realizing the opportunity areas of improvement
in urban planning in the city where I live (Toluca) and comprehending how damaging for the environment the construction systems applied were.
CENTRE FOR RESEARCH IN ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN, AUTONOMOUS UNIVERSITY OF THE STATE OF MEXICO, Toluca de Lerdo, MX, RESEARCH ASSISTANT
