Parq on Speer is a brand new mixed-use, urban residential development located in Golden Triangle neighborhood outside of uptown Denver Colorado. It is a 16-story project including 302 units, 1200 SF of retail, street level with an urban grocery store, coffee shop, and restaurant on the corner. It will include amenities such as club room, aqua lounge, fitness center, dog park, community room, and Wifi lounge.

Ziegler Cooper is a medium sized architecture firm located in Denver Colorado. They have emerged as a premier architecture firm responding to the needs of urban village growth in the inner city. A large accomplishment of the firm is that over twenty years they have planned, designed, and constructed Multi-use, lofts, condominiums, totaling over 18 million Square feet through out the USA.
