Marsa Al Arab , Dubai

Dubai continues to expand and innovate, being one of the leading countries for city growth and technology. The Global investment company Dubai Holdings plans on expanding Marsa Al Arab, a four million Square foot part of a man-made Island surrounding the Iconic Sail ship shaped hotel.

At an estimate of 1.72 billion, and 1.4 miles of beach in Dubai’s Coastline, Dubai Holding aims to finish this cost and impact project by late 2020, says CNN. Being a large travel hot spot, the island will include family-friendly resorts, 2.5 million square foot marine park, a 1,7000 seat theater, location of the Middle East’s First cirque Du Soleil show and 300 seafront apartments.

Jumeirah Group is a hotel and resort company which has had a global impact in the last 2 decades. They are the designers of the Icon Sail shaped hotel as well as some of the newly developing buildings surrounding it. This impressive group is very familiar with Man-made islands, as they manged Burj Al Arab, located 280 meters off Jumeirah beach, first constructed in 1994, Palm Jumeriah, constructed in 2006, with 2 more planned to be made in the future.

Working with groundbreaking and ground making industries like Jumeirah Group helps Lifang expand our own reach to industries around the world and be in on some forefronts to construction histories. If you would like to see more planning renders for larger developments see our portfolio.
