Leslie Valverde Ayers has worked at 1100 Architect since 2013 as a designer, project architect and BIM leader. Project experiences include New York residential renovations in all phases, schematic design for a Long Island single family residence, New York and Pennsylvania institutional renovations in all phases, a new corrections facility for Rikers Island from schematic through design development phases, schematic design and BIM manager for a resort community expansion in the Caribbean, a gallery renovation through design and submittal phases, as well as other various roles for commercial and office projects.
