The challenge

They like bright spaces and minimalist homes. Its plot is located in an area of ​​high summer temperatures.

The solution

We propose a minimalist house open spaces, with two landscaped inner courtyards filled with light and cool the house with cross ventilation, and organize all day stays. Professional office accessed from the lobby area and service staff is next to the kitchen and laundry.
