The project addresses the programmatic requirements of a residential building with the goal of not only meeting but surpassing them through innovative design and construction techniques. By reimagining the typical repetitive approach of real estate development, the project creates a new architectural language. This reinvention is a fundamental reason why these homes, characterized by their scale, materiality, and spatiality, feel like a warm, welcoming, and intimate refuge, far beyond the constraints of trends or eras.

The facades are a direct response to the needs of each space and its function, as well as their interaction with the environment and climate. There are two main facades that safeguard family life. One facade faces the golf course, extending the interior into the exterior, while the other reinforces the exclusive lifestyle, rooted in a healthy balance between functionality and spatial quality.

This architecture rejects unnecessary adornments, favoring a stripped-down aesthetic that transparently reveals its spatial and structural solutions. It is executed with first-rate materials and cutting-edge technologies.

More than just a conventionally functional residence, this project aims to create a space that fosters an exclusive ecosystem in everyday life. It promotes a lifestyle intertwined with vegetation, natural light, and air quality, embodying the essence of “living in a house with expansive rooms and rich spatial experiences.” This natural ambiance is further enhanced through terraces and the seamless integration with the golf course, providing a serene habitat away from the city's chaos.

Its timeless aesthetic ensures sustainability beyond fleeting fashions, guaranteeing a powerful and positive image throughout its lifespan. The design features marked slab lines complemented by linear planters, interrupted by concrete ribs. These ribs, interwoven with greenery, give the facade a dynamic rhythm and create a new presence in the surroundings, free from any pre-packaged language.

The project is articulated through four primary elements: exposed concrete and wood as noble materials, along with vegetation and light as the main components of the homes.

In conclusion, this architecture offers a rational solution, directly responding to its needs without superficial embellishments or forced solutions, thereby achieving a unique and exclusive personality.
