Entrusted with designing a LUXURY RESIDENCE project, we confront the question... What truly defines luxury? Beyond cost, technology, trends, location, etc., it's essential to delve into what's happening with the city and people's lives, where noise, lights, scales, and excess compete for our attention. This brings forth an idea that transcends ostentation and embraces the very essence of refinement: Intangible Luxury.
In the project, this concept manifests as an expression of subtle elegance, where spatiality is demonstrated through well-thought-out details and conscious decisions that balance luxury and well-being.
Seren advocates for a luxury that captivates through subtlety rather than ostentation. luxury that captivates without ostentation. We aim not to display affluence or follow trends but to celebrate quality and harmony in every aspect of our design. Enhanced by greenery, natural lighting, and ventilation—three elements that condition our living environment—we enhance our physical and mental well-being by fostering a sense of coexistence with nature.
In this approach to architecture, simplicity becomes a hallmark. Spaces are stripped of the superfluous to focus on the essential, allowing natural light, materials, textures, and the fluidity of design to speak for themselves.
The goal is to create a project that finds spatial beauty within concepts of simplicity and harmony, free from unnecessary adornments. This, in reality, is the true luxury that transcends time and fleeting trends.
Part of this logic is reflected in how we handle architecture... on the facade, luxury translates to clean lines and durable, high-quality materials. The facade's composition is rational, with just what it needs, resolving the conflict between private life and street interaction. Linear balconies, flanked by planters, serve as protective and welcoming elements for home life, while adjustable screens meet user demands based on their mood. Clean, usable terraces, and above all, an essential characteristic: there are no adornments because they aren't needed.
To let the main elements shine as they deserve, we must eliminate superfluous elements that do not contribute to the project.
We believe the target audience for Seren is one with very exclusive perceptions, perhaps not conforming to standards that seem normal to others. Hence, it is crucial that anyone choosing to buy here has the certainty that personalizing their residence will always result in excellent spatial quality, providing both mental and physical comfort and well-being.
WATER – COMMUNITY SPACE
In our pursuit to create a distinctive project where the true luxury of living well extends far beyond high-quality finishes, water is taken as a vital element in the design planning of community spaces. Water, as a natural element, significantly influences human interaction with the environment and the built space.
The integration of water is a crucial aspect of the project's development. Proper use of this natural resource not only adds aesthetic value to the community spaces but also promotes ecologically positive responses and, most importantly, creates a healthy and well-being environment. Exploring different perspectives and innovative solutions, we propose the evocative and poetic integration of water with the community space.
Water welcomes me to the building, creating a sensory experience for users and the community. This is one of the benefits derived from the facing walls at the main entrance that frame the lobby. These walls are constantly bathed in water, which, besides bringing different rhythms and surprises to the space, aims to generate a sense of gratitude for this vital natural element. It is integrated into the design, becoming the protagonist and structuring this space.
Seren is a project that aims to be exclusive in architectural and material quality. But it also aims to be a creative and alternative proposal for users. The consideration that the housing unit exceeds the tangible and intangible expectations of a very exclusive user, extends to the amenities or social interaction areas as well.
A classic element that can completely transform its surrounding environment is the swimming pool. It not only provides a leisure space but also creates a sense of freshness and connection among individuals. For this reason, the project proposes total dynamism in structuring this space through platforms with different levels, generating flexible space usage alternatives so that users can appropriate it in any way they wish or need.
The design presents several themes experimenting with the properties of water, whether contained within man-made structures, such as the swimming pool, water channels, experimenting with water temperature, or in a more natural state, such as the proposal for refreshing mist and water jets. Water and architecture in this proposal are closely related in space design, ranging from functional to aesthetic aspects.
Water is a resource to be cherished, so we have sought to define water-related spaces with the utmost precision to understand their spatial qualities and the poetry they exude. Thus, the use of water gains a dual function: while being a structuring element, it also imparts a playful and refreshing tone to the space.
Seren originated from a specific commission for luxury housing, but its architectural concept goes beyond a high-end building stance. It is conceived as a project that interacts with the city and is user-friendly. By adopting solutions and materials that address the specific needs of function and audience, it maintains an authentic expression that aims to surpass environmental demands. This approach preserves a unique voice in the project that will positively influence future developments along Radial Castilla.

Linear balconies, flanked by planters, serve as protective and welcoming elements for home life. Adjustable screens cater to user preferences, clean and usable terraces, and above all, an imperative feature: there are no adornments because they are not needed.
It is important to emphasize the ground floor design. The project effectively dedicates the mandatory setback area to the city, merging it with the sidewalk. A powerful urban design proposal integrates vegetation in a forest-like manner, creating a very attractive and unusual appeal that serves as the building's atrium. This solution calms the street dynamics while actively engaging with the public and pedestrians.
