DESIGN CONCEPT

“The main goals of the Twinbrook Place Office Building project were to maximize the parking and floor area on the sit within the allowable zoning constraints, to provide an attractive building that fits this unique site, and to reach sustainable goals to compact in the green building market. This building has met all these goals. The building is efficient, presents an elegant sense of place, and has earned a LEED Gold award from USGBC."
