The proposed residential building is a redevelopment project u/337 of the BMC Rules. The scheme is planned taking into account the spacial and spiritual(Vastu) requirements of the existing tenants. Adhering to the permissible Floor Space Index, the floor plates are modified at each level. The elevation is kept transparent to emphasize the lean profile of the structure.
