Located on 220 11th Avenue at the corner of 25th Street, this new urban magnet will perfectly integrate within West Chel sea’s urban tissue, reflecting the district’s vibrant cultural activity.

My role on this project was to design the 5 facade proposals throughout the three-week competition and represent through realistic images the different final appearances of the building within the city. Between the facade proposals, I played with materials such as bricks, translucent u-glas, wood paneling and wooden slats.
