Originally a Mediterranean theme, this upcoming project has turned to French towns and period style architecture themes to create a community around a sports and wellness regimen.  A 'town center' will be flanked by higher density housing and on the fringes single family.  There is a Tennis Center as the principal drawing card for this project.  Old Urbanism is invoked for the general circulation and building designs
