I have 7 years of experience and I am licensed in New York since 2018. Due to COVID-19, I am currently looking for a new permanent position. My project experience ranges from high-end single family townhouse renovations to multifamily new construction with 167 units. I also have experience in commercial and educational projects. Most of my work experience is focused on Construction Administration, however, I have developed construction documents for several projects. Assist with the renovation of an 1850s row house for both commercial and residential use. Develop drawings for the DOB and the Landmark Preservation Commission. Survey existing site conditions and create detailed interior drawings to renovate historic school campus.
