About 

I have 7 years of experience and I am licensed in New York since 2018. Due to COVID-19, I am currently looking for a new permanent position.  My project experience ranges from high-end single family townhouse renovations to multifamily new construction with 167 units.  I also have experience in commercial and educational projects.  Most of my work experience is focused on Construction Administration, however, I have developed construction documents for several projects.  It would be a pleasure to meet with you and tell you about my most recent project, a brewery/ tap room in Williamsburg, and my prior experience with historic preservation projects.

Select and present interior design schemes for lobby, baths, kitchens and common recreation areas. Develop Construction Document sets for market rate multifamily new construction for DOB and HPD review. Manage a Brewery/ Taproom project through Construction Administration phase.

Assist with the renovation of an 1850s row house for both commercial and residential use. Develop drawings for the DOB and the Landmark Preservation Commission. Survey existing site conditions and create detailed interior drawings to renovate historic school campus.
