A new district in the city of Brussels, Neder-Over-Heembeek, will be developed between Vilvoordsesteenweg and Heembeeksestraat and is part of a larger spatial planning project for the area. The post-competition project involves transforming a former industrial site in Brussels into a secondary school, a multi-family residential building, a communal garden, sports infrastructure, an eco-friendly kindergarten, and a public park. The development is being done in collaboration with V+, 51N4E ATAMA, responsible for the design of the multi-family residential building. The building consists of four wings of varying heights, containing 82 apartments of diverse typologies, ranging from studios to five-room apartments, duplexes, and triplexes. All apartments have a dual orientation.

Scope of responsibilities:
Preparation of construction-execution documentation: plans, sections, elevations, construction details, material schedules, development of a 3D model, interior visualizations, and 3D details.
