The aim of the Miami Summit is to provide Miami with a monument that is a reminder of its vulnerable future because of its low elevation. The East Tower positioned along the oceanfront serves as climate research facility. The remaining two peaks have housing and offices. The complex is united by terraces every 5 floors, for half of the complex’s height serve as circulation and a place for occupants to come together. Due to its height, this tower offsets the additional wind load via steel X-bracing along its front and near faces. The top of the observational crowns are open to reduce swaying of the towers. The central turbines produce about 5% of the energy load at full speeds.
