Using the set of construction documents from the architect, I built a model in SketchUp Pro, used Google Earth for the terrain and background, and then I used SU Podium V2 to render, and Photoshop to finalize the presentation drawings. The purpose was to visually sell the proposed property by showing these on real estate flyers.
