The design brief for this 12-storey office building called for a simple yet edgy facade promoting "out of the box" thinking for those working inside.
Instead of thinking outside the box, we took the box, and shattered it.
Three sides are limited by firewall requirements and lot extents, but along the site's frontage stands a geometric glass wall enclosing a full-length atrium, connecting employees on all floors with a space extending from the lobby to the top level.
Passersby can get a glimpse of the creative works happening inside and employees can stand on each floor as an interior balcony looking out to bay views and the tree-lined street.
