Solar fenestration design to minimize heat gain.
Expansive court yards open up the dwellings for air and light, with community gardens. Single loaded corridors used as much as possible, with sculptural bridges spanning over the garden. Streamlined and sculptural lighting bands used to separate commercial with residents above.
