Geoff Anderson, AIA, LEED AP, Assoc. DBIA is a Principal at Schemata workshop. Geoff is an award-winning registered architect in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and Hawaii, with 23+ years of experience working on a wide range of projects. He is certified as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional. He also has Associate DBIA certification, familiar with design-build and GC/CM alternative delivery models.

Geoff has a passion for project that build community. Much of Geoff’s career has been designing for affordable housing projects, parks and recreation districts, and other municipally focused work. He has a long history of project management experience and the technical expertise to design for challenging project types. Likewise, he is well regarded for coordinating complex projects with his engineering consultant team.
