About

I am an architect, construction manager, designer, artist, and renaissance businessman who brings my artistic vision to the world of design and architecture. Because of the breadth and depth of my professional expertise, I am able to provide clients with bespoke services that are specifically tailored to their unique needs. Whereas many architects are not involved beyond the typical design phase, I work with my clients throughout all phases of design and construction to ensure that their vision is executed with precision. By building a relationship with my clients, subcontractors, and vendors as I bring their vision to life, I am able to maximize efficiency and understanding beyond what is possible when architectural and construction management services are separate.

My unique client-centric service also allows me to deliver VIP service with greater satisfaction, enhanced value, and fewer delays. Being bilingual further enables me to communicate with contractors and subcontractors with ease and to ensure that the vision that my client and I have designed is executed exactly to their wishes.

In furtherance of my continued effort to deliver maximum value to my clients, I have also cultivated a unique opportunity to collaborate with clients in their investment property projects by offering my comprehensive professional services for a percentage of the ultimate sale price of the property. Through this unique structure, I am able to deliver specialized architectural and construction management services without any out-of-pocket expenses to clients where projects are conducive to this type of partnership.

If you are in need of architectural and construction management services, if you are a real estate investor who wishes to explore a partnership in your next project, or if you are an architect who is curious about finding unique ways to offer your own clients greater value and innovative processes, then I would love to hear from you!
