Eager architectural designer passionate about projects that incorporate affordable housing, adaptive reuse procedures along with sustainable architecture and community involvement. Responsible project manager with the ability to utilize project resources to meet all deadlines and stay under budget. Strengths include, schematic design drawings, collaborating and developing a productive crew, analyzing contingency planning for potential issues, and proficient at utilizing the latest project management software.
