This is a Modern New York Townhouse design by Fontan Architecture. This was a competition entry for the NYC Big Ideas Small Lots architecture competition. The townhouse was designed as a 2 family house. The facade is made of two different colors of GFRC delineating the 2 different families. The family on the lower floors gets the rear yard of the property and the family on the upper floors gets the roof deck.
