This is a Townhouse Renovation in Brooklyn NYC by New York Architects Fontan Architecture. The 100 year old townhouse was in a state of disrepair when the current owner purchased it. They renovated the entire townhouse including adding a deck and doing structural interior work. There were original features to restore such as original fireplaces and mantels, moldings and trim, and a 100 year old mirror and frame.
