About 

I have a 5-year Bachelor of Architecture degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology (AIA’s accredited institute). I have over 6 years of experience in high-end residential, restoration and rehabilitation, restaurant, educational and commercial projects. These projects located both in New Jersey and New York metropolitan areas. I am also OSHA certified.

I am self-motivated; highly detail oriented, very organized, and open to different types of design facets. I enjoy working in a collaborative environment; have great experience in site visits, and communication skills and act as a liaison with client, manufacturers and other consultants involved. I am a great team player and a reliable and dependable team leader. I am familiar and very comfortable running and maintaining multiple projects simultaneously starting from schematic level to construction-built phase. I have experience in Quality Control, Estimation, and Procurement as well.

I am proficient in Revit Architecture and Revit Structures, Risa 3D (BIM programs), Rhino, SketchUp, Architecture Desktop (Auto CAD), Xatimate, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Suites.

-Working directly with the City of New York Housing Recovery in Build it Back project to restore and recover homes from the disasters of Super-Storm Sandy.

-While supervising and mentoring Design Specialist, documenting each and individual homes to measure the level of destruction, and requirements for reconstruction; bringing each home to International Building Codes, New York State building codes and FEMA’s new Flood Zone requirements. Determine the damages (storm related vs deferred maintenance), soil boring analysis for homes that are in danger for future flooding and in need for elevation (elevating off the ground) by FIMA’s new Flood Zone regulations.

-Estimating construction cost analysis by using Xatimate estimating software (certified trained). Document and prepare project construction status reports and duration of construction.
