I have completed my dual degree - the master degree in Architecture and master degree in Construction Management - in December 2019 in Washington University in St. Louis.
Academically, I have very strong background in many aspects of design after seven years of study in Architecture, including the use of software and study of different building types. During those years, I am always the leader in the group work and academic design work. I enjoy taking the position of lead designer, but also enjoy working as part of the team. Through the study of Construction Management, I have a better understanding of the relationship between the design and construction.
Professionally, I have three internship experiences which have given me practical lessons where I used my knowledge in real conditions. The first one in BSH gave me a chance to join the pre-construction work. For the next in BIAD, I help design and prepare the presentation of various projects. I also handle a residential project in AutoCad for construction document. Specially the 2019 summer when I worked as an intern in Gensler, LA. I used Revit with Bluebeam as the main method to take over the modeling, markup pick up and model clean up work. I also attended the meeting with engineer as a corporation team member for the model issue between the design and structure. I also got a chance to help the interior team during the internship period to provide weekly design reports by using Adobe Suites.
Currently, I`m working as a Junior Designer in MWA Architects. I work on various projects which are in different phases. I`m working on Eastbay Pump Station which is in schematic design. I take over the work of modeling, rendering and presentation preparation by using Sketchup, photoshop etc. I’m also working on a new building for San Jose Dewatering Facility which under conceptual design. I handle the preliminary investigation task and concept design which include programming, materials comparation and aesthetics conceptual design by using Sketchup, AutoCAD and Illustrator. I also get involved with the SFPUC Biosolids Digester Facilities redesign work. The main tasks on this project are most in Revit which include modeling, annotation and clean-up work and help with the graphic design for the facility surface with the graphic team.

Gensler, Los Angeles, CA, US, intern
During that period, I worked for the LAX project on the Project Planning and Design, and Project Development & Documentation which including modeling, rendering, documentation and relevant work. I also got a chance to help the interior team during the internship period. This internship gives me a good chance to practice and learn more about the Revit in real project.
