Howard Hughes was the developer and Design Collective, Inc. was the architect on this office building with a ground level restaurant tenant. The building was designed with the intent of the exterior façade materials being a precast and metal panel system. Daylight had been selected for this rendering in order to best represent those materials. Sketchup, 3D Max, Photoshop, and Mental Ray were used to complete this project.
