This floor had to be completely redesigned. The entire floor had to be stripped and remodeled from scratch.
The function for this floor is to become the new location for the Building Design & Development Department, Building maintenance, property management, .... .
The main idea behind the design was to keep all ‘dark rooms’ in the middle to give all office spaces the most light by the windows. Because of the amount of employees on this floor it was necessary to make sure that there was enough private spaces with phone booths and concentration rooms. Creativity and teamwork are central in the space planning and while designing I took durable materials under consideration.
