Located in a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood within a commercial zone, the project focuses on modernizing the interior while adhering to stringent building codes and regulations.

    • Structural Work: No structural modifications are planned.
    • HVAC and Ducting: Existing HVAC and ducting systems will remain unchanged.
    • Restroom: Existing restroom facilities will remain as is.
    • Parking: The commercial area features shared parking spaces, compliant with local zoning requirements. Parking space analysis has been conducted to ensure adequate provisions for the restaurant's patrons.

Code Compliance Specialist: Federal Way Compliance Services
Ensured that the project met all local building codes, including the 2018 International Building Code (IBC), International Fire Code (IFC), and other relevant codes.

Interior Designer: Modern Interiors Design Group
Provided design input on the restaurant’s aesthetic, integrating modern and traditional Korean design elements.
