This tenant improvement project involved transforming a 1,500 sq. ft. space into a high-end nail salon, designed to offer a luxurious and functional environment for clients.

Scope of Work:

  • Interior Layout: Installed new interior walls to create dedicated areas for waxing rooms, a break room, a bathroom, and a pedicure room. This reconfiguration ensures an organized and client-friendly layout.
  • Ventilation: Added a new exhaust fan to improve air quality and maintain a comfortable atmosphere within the salon.
  • Plumbing: Upgraded and installed new plumbing to support the salon's services, including sinks and pedicure stations.
  • Construction Documents: Developed detailed construction documents to guide the renovation process, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with design intentions.
  • Permitting and Approval: Managed the permitting process to ensure all design and construction work met local building codes and regulations. Obtained necessary approvals to ensure compliance and a smooth project execution.

Handled the permitting process and issued necessary approvals for the project.
