Hotel Resort comprising a Hotel, Villas, Residences and Health Spa

The Resort pays tribute to Arabian architecture and hospitality on a truly regal scale. It comprises three equally distinctive properties - The Palace, Arabian Court and Residence & Spa all set within 65 acres of landscaped gardens and 1 kilometre of private beach front. The Palace was an existing building on inception of the project.

The Palace:
The Palace at One & Only Royal Mirage offers 231 guest rooms and is situated on a private beach
offering various leisure facilities, including temperature-controlled swimming pools, a watersports
centre, tennis courts, golf putting green and children’s care centre. With four restaurants, The
Palace offers an array of dining venues, and the Royal Ballroom caters for up to 350 guests with three meeting rooms offering a complete business solution.

Arabian Court:
The hotel’s subtly angled entrance leads to the impressive grand gallery, the vertebrae of the hotel
that links the two wings of the property and guides guests towards the 160 luxurious guest rooms (50m²) and 10 elaborately-styled suites, all of which have a sea-facing, private balcony or terrace.
3 Restaurants provide intimate dining experiences at the hotel. The Peregrine Ballroom holds up to 200 people for dining, and there are two meeting rooms and a traditional meeting lounge.

The Residence & Spa:
The Residences & Spa consists of 1 Royal Villa, 2 Garden Villas and 5 Residence Villas totalling 55 keys and linked to a private and discreet Reception, Lounge and Restaurant.

It also features a `Health & Beauty Institute` with an Oriental Hammam, which offers traditional and
authentic oriental massages, steam baths and Jacuzzis. This is combined with an exclusive Spa,
featuring 12 treatment rooms and managed by Givenchy.
