Professional Role
As part of the Construction Administration Team I have responded to contractor RFI's and Submittals. I have coordinated ACD's, AMC's, and NMA's with the contractor and consultants for submission to HCAI offices or Field Staff. I created and maintained the NMA log as required by HCAI CAN 1-7-153, which was implemented while the project was well under construction. I have participated in weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings. I have coordinated items with the owner and contractor which were added to the scope to ensure the client's happiness and successful utilization by the end users.
