I worked with multiple architecture firms as a temporary employee or self-employed contractor.
While I was a temporary employee, I reviewed and revised drawings in response to city and HCAI remarks and building code standards, handled documentation for healthcare projects submission to HCAI (formally known as OSHPD), worked with consultants to coordinate drawings, completed as-built building measurements and drawings, developed construction details, and created presentation drawings for client review.
While self-employed, I reviewed and revised construction documents based in response to city red-lines, and prepared final construction documents for city submission. I also co-authored historic building documentation for a single-family residence in Redlands, CA which was required by the city prior to the issuance of the demo permit.
