Partnering with McGuire Development, CWM formulated a reuse plan for 425 Michigan Avenue. The former Sheehan Memorial Hospital was upgraded into a multi-tenant commercial space, which is now home to Time Warner Cable offices, a community clinic, apartments, and McGuire Group’s computer and medical training facility. All of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were rebuilt to allow commercial uses, and after considering community input, windows and skylights were added to the state-of-the-art floor plan.
