This project entailed the complete exterior restoration of the three, five-story historic structures built in 1886, 1906 and 1912 respectively, in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation, as well as complete interior reconstruction of the newly combined 67,388 square foot building into 48 apartments on the upper four floors and a single tenant commercial office space for P&B, LLC on the ground floor. A fourth building, built in 1965 on Eagle Street, will be partially demolished to provide onsite parking (one original stair tower will be retained for use).
